STEP 5 - I FEEL TERRIBLE...NOW WHAT

broken image

Here it comes.

You knew it was on the way, but you had other priorities and distractions. Yet it was thundering down the pike all along, and now it’s right on top of us.

Buckle up, because it’s Sick Season again.

Yes, it’s that time of year when all those nasty seasonal illnesses are floating around, seeking whom they may devour. And it seems every other person you meet has contracted something.

They say there are only three types of people during Sick Season: those who are sick, those who were sick, and those who will be sick.

But when is Sick Season, exactly? Sure, one part of the year or another may be more characterized by hacks and hankies, but it’s still possible to come down with bad bugs ANY time of the year.

There are many ways to prepare yourself to reduce the chances of catching a bug, but what happens after one sneaks past all your well-placed plans and precautions?

If you have children in daycare, work outside your home, attend a social event, or are out in public carrying out errands or shopping, chances are you might be exposed to someone else who isn’t feeling so hot, and those germs have a way of sharing themselves in a hurry!

So, what happens when you start feeling like you’ve been clobbered by a collection of Clydesdales? Do you make a mad dash to the store (hurry!) to purchase something to help show those unwelcome symptoms the door?

What if I told you that you can help support your body and soothe those symptoms NATURALLY?

In this class, we’ll give you a treasure-trove of tips and recipes to soothe and support many of the different symptoms the seasonal bugs can bring your way during Sick Season.

QUESTION – WHAT IS THE ONE SYMPTOM OF SEASONAL DISTRESS YOU ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE?
